LINEAR
TRADITIONAL SYSTEM TO APPLY LABELS ONTO STATIONARY OBJECTS
Linear movement applicator. The linear applicator consists of a driven piston and a label-pick up pad by way of a vacuum generator and a sensor, which detects the actual pick-up of the label. The system is “self-adapting” which means that the pad searches for the object until the pad senses pressure, and then the piston returns to home position. The linear applicator is great for applying labels onto stationary objects and flat surfaces. • The label is applied with a pressure of the pad (adjustable) and with a accurate registration (within +/-0.5 mm). • Label dimensions: min. H 30 x B 20 mm (1.2" x .8") - max. H 180 x B 210 mm (7.1" x 8.3"). |
