SIMPLE AND LOW-COST SOLUTION

This new type of automatic label applicator is now available for the Printess 4 printer. It is a simple and economical applicator that is able to dispense labels onto moving objects at the same speed as that at which it overprints them. In order to do so, it uses the special high-speed thermal-transfer printing capacities of the Printess printers (up to 450 mm/sec, 17.7"/sec).
The most typical application is labeling, with variable batch data, of boxes and containers on automatic production or packaging lines.

•  CONFIGURATIONS: The printer with dispenser applicator has a right (RH) and left (LH) version.
•  LABEL LENGTH: min   30 mm x 30 mm (1.2" x 1.2")   /   max   120 mm x  360 mm (4.7" x 14.2")
•  LABEL-APPLYING SPEED:     Max. speed:  25 m /min., 82 ft./min)
•  The end of the peel blade must be positioned very near the surface to be labelled.
•  The “encoder” option synchronizes label dispensing  speed with the speed of the production speed when this speed is variable.
